How to start the mosplate program.

• Log in to the computer sandra (user/password given by staff).
• Type 'bin/mosplate' to start the program.
  

  Where the input files go:

• Template images: sandra: ~mos/templates (extension .fits)
• ASCII input coordinate files: ~mos/input_coords (extension .coo)
  

  Where the output files go:

• The NC instruction file: ~mos/mosplate/nc
• An ASCII file listing the slits: ~mos/mosplate/ap
• A Postscript file containing a graphical representation of the layout of the MOS plate: ~mos/mosplate/ps
