Tables 1 on the following page distills all downtime recorded in end-of-night and end-of-run reports for the period 2001-03-01 to 2001-09-12.

  • Technical failures on scheduled observing nights: 15 hr ( tex2html_wrap_inline172 , assuming an average tex2html_wrap_inline174 hr night)
  • Technical failures on tech nights: 10 hr
  • Technical failures with visitor instruments: 11 hr
