Comments recorded in End-Of-Night & End-Of-Run reports

As before, most comments written in the reports during period 29 were very positive. Especially the `quicklook' facilities for ALFOSC and NOTCam were mentioned a few times.

The only recurring negative comment was about the need for new detector controllers. Further it was noted as desirable to have: observing data made available on DVDs, send the End-of-Night reports automatically in electronic form to the observers, a calibration unit for NOTCam, basic documentation for non-iraf users and, a way to script ALFOSC observations. Also, it was noted that in a specific case the documentation was not sufficiently clear to avoid problems and that some of the information on the web did not agree with (older) paper copies in the control room, and it was noted that the data reduction computer provided to the observers and used in certain application related to observing should not depend on the outside network link.

Also these things have either already been corrected, are under development or are considered to be implemented in the future.
