Sequencer scripts

A growing number of observatory supported sequencer scripts have become available for observers. Using these scripts can greatly increase the observing efficiency and makes it less likely for the observers to make mistakes. A major concern is that any sequencer command or sequencer script is well defined, where it is especially important to consider the effect of any changes (either in [the syntax of] a command or script, or in the way it behaves). Specific rules for this were defined and all existing commands and ``standard'' scripts were converted to comply with the rules.
