How to reset the safety system in case of problems

Sometimes a power on can fail because the safety system is not properly reset even after pressing the alarm panel reset buttons and turning the keys. If the LEDs on the alarm panel are off, then try the following:

  • Hit a red emergency stop button
  • Release it again
  • Press alarm panel reset buttons
  • Turn left key
  • Turn right key

      • The reason for this "hit-and-run" excercise is that the safety relays might need kicking a bit due to wear.
