| In order to improve the reliability of our large FPA's, our 84 pin carriers have been redesigned to provide improved rigidity. The new carriers are .020" thicker, nominally, than their predecessor. All other dimensions remain the same. Please review the up to date 84 pin LCC ceramic carrier drawings. The new carriers will be used on all FPA's fabricated after 3/1/97. |  |
