A clean-up script was installed on the data reduction computer available to observers in the control room which wipes out everything under the guest account and copies some handy skeleton files, including useful bookmarks. In principle this script should be run before the start of a new observing run, and observers are informed that if they want to keep data created under the guest account they should inform us before the end of the observing run.
To allow for observers to save any data they create under the guest account a DVD burner was bought and installed.
