A new system to replace the old NOT Instrument Request Forms (NIRF) where observers had to define the requested instrument set-up was replaced by a new automatic system. Based on the proposals and the time allocation which are integrated in our data base, PIs of proposals are automatically reminded approximately one month before the allocated observing run of the instrument set-up they requested in the proposal, and asked to update it if needed.
The reminder also includes general guidelines for visiting astronomer.
