We still hope the that control card for multi-window photometry can be modified (by Roy Østensen) so it can be used with the BIAS CCD control program in the normal observing set-up. In this way, this card can be installed permanently for use with either the normal set-up or for multi-window photometry.
We are looking at the possibility of reading out the CCD using two amplifiers to half the read-out time. Some tests were already made, but we should investigate this option more before we offer it as a standard option.
