During the aluminisation a check was made of the thermal sensors attached to the mirror and the mirror cell and two sensors were moved to the surface at the inner edge of the mirror. A further two sensors will be mounted at the outer edge of the mirror. This should give us a better idea of the true temperature of the mirror which might help in improving the optical quality.
