Photometric zero-points

A general photometric zero-point data base will be set-up. This will contain all photometric zero-point measurements in the optical and near infra-red taken with the different instruments as part of the calibration plans. This data base will provide a way to better monitor the performance of the telescope and can be used by astronomers in the analysis of their data.
