Data acquisition

The NOTCam BIAS data acquisition software was upgraded and documented by Jens Klougart. The upgrade includes a new clean-array command which wipes the array with one reset and one read and takes 3.5 sec to perform. The clean-array command is very useful in the case of unavoidable saturations which may otherwise produce persistent effects. It will also be included as an option in the observing script generator.

Since the introduction of the MEF data format all images are flipped in X-axis to conform to fits standard. This caused some confusion for observers, as well as in some of the post-processing scripts.
