Filter

Since the last extensive check of the filter mechanism no more problems have occurred.

A SDSS-$z$ filter has been was added to the permanent StanCam filter set which now contains $UBVRIzH\alpha$. Also, a clear (WG280) filter was installed to allow imaging the FIES fiber head with either a specific filter or in `white light' (using the `clear' filter) which otherwise would be impossible as this would require a different focus distance.
