Service observing

A total of 11 and a half nights of service observing were made, excluding the 8 SOFIN nights done in service mode by Dr. Ilya Ilyin. This also does not include the increasing number of observations done for the various ToO and monitoring programs which were executed during technical nights. The service nights consisted of various more or less isolated observing nights spread throughout the semester.

To stimulate the request for service observing the proposal form has been changed such that applicants are now requested to argue why the proposal can not be executed in service/queue mode.
