Observing account

With all the data acquisition programs now working on the new computers the computer accounts for the different instruments have been united in one `obs' account. However, it was noted that this account has a lot of files which are not necessary and it really needs a clean-up. For this, we are developing a clean-up script that will remove all the files which are not necessary and restore things to a standard set-up. This script will in principle be run at the start of each observing run.
