Data acquisition

The communication problems with the TCS especially caused problems for NOTCam due to the extended use of teloffset commands inside scripts and to the high frequency of image storage, but proper workarounds for these problems were made.

One of the advantages of the new TCS are smaller data acquisition overheads. However, the workarounds for the TCS communication problems may have increased them a bit and they must be re-measured.

Because of the X-flip in the multi-extension FITS data format, there must be modifications of the teloffset directions used with NOTCam in order that the convention is the same for all instruments.
