CryoTiger

The tubes for the CryoTiger were been moved to StanCam to replace the ones that were leaking. By now the original tubes from StanCam have been repaired and were installed on the FIES CryoTiger which is now cold again.

Considering this failure and the need to have both StanCam and FIES in principle available at all times we should review the need for some proper spares. We definitely should get some spare tubes, but this would this still imply the need to swap and refill the tubes and likely the best option is to have a complete spare CryoTiger ready at all times.
