As before, most comments written in the reports during period 34 were very positive, especially about the support from the staff.
Apart from comments related to problems that were also separately entered in the fault data base and comments about the weather there were only a few specific comments. There were various positive comments about th new TCS, including from observers that have often observed with the NOT in the past. For FIES there was a request to have the option to pause and resume an integration which would be useful under poor weather conditions. This will be corrected. It was also suggested to make the catalogue facility less sensitive to the precise format of the entries. It was also noted that it is not simple to copy observing scripts that are prepared at home to the data acquisition computers for execution. This is somewhat of a security issue but a solution is being worked on. There recently were also various positive comments about the food at the residencia.
Surprisingly, this `winter' semester there was only one request for a Sauna compared to two such requests in the previous `summer' semester.
