Quick look reduction

The quick-look reduction tools available since April 2007 will be upgraded to include reduction scripts for the beam-switch mode, as well. In the new version it will be possible to use the RA/DEC keywords to define the shifts such that only one script is needed for any small step dithering pattern and another one for beam-switch dithering observations. Until now the RA/DEC values output from the TCS to the image header keywords were too inaccurate, but the cause of the problem was recently found (output coordinates were not corrected for periodic errors of the encoders). A future version will also include a script for reducing polarimetric observations.
