Documentation

Further improvements were made to the documentation, both in the instructions for the support staff and in the user manual. New instructions were made on how to start-up the system and a section on `troubleshooting' was added. A more condensed observing manual will be made as many basic sequencers commands (e.g., moving only the fiber arm or mask) are no longer used as separate commands and only scripts that define completed instrument set-ups are used.
