Some improvement were made to the fast-track service observing data base and interface tool which is used to manage and schedule the observations. The system now allows for specific (time-critical) dates to be defined for observing blocks and every time an observing block is entered into the system the PI of the proposal receives a summary of the information entered to serve as feedback and to allow a check on what was finally entered in the system.
For period 34 there were 8 proposal, of which there were 6 `grade 1' proposals and 2 `grade 2' proposals. Of the `grade 1' proposals 4 are completed, one is completed for 2/3 and one is completed for 1/2. Both `grade 2' proposals were completed.
For period 35 there were 8 proposal, of which there were 6 `grade 1' proposals and 2 `grade 2' proposals. All of the proposals have been completed.
For period 36 there were 19 proposals. Of these there were 10 `grade 1' proposals, 6 `grade 2' proposal, and 3 `grade 3' proposal. Of the `grade 1' proposals, 7 were completed. Of the `grade 2' proposals, 4 were completed and 1 was completed 1/2. Of the `grade 3' proposals, 2 were completed and 1 was completed for 9/10.
For period 37 there were 12 proposals. Of these there were 6 `grade 1' proposals, 2 `grade 2' proposal, and 4 `grade 3' proposal. Of the `grade 1' proposals, 4 were completed and 1 was completed 1/2. None of the `grade 2' or the `grade 3' proposals, have been observed.
Up till now 9 proposals have been received for period 38. Of these, 2 are still in the process of being graded, 5 have `grade 1', 3 have `grade 2' and 1 has `grade 3'. One of the `grade 1' proposals have been completed 1/3.
