Exposure meter

The exposure meter for FIES was received from Aarhus, it was mechanically installed into FIES and the system was tested. The measurements from the meter were integrated in the FIESTA status display, and the use of the meter was integrated in the sequencer software. The system was commissioned together with the new FIES observing system start-up.

Currently the exposure meter does not work when the simultaneous ThAr is being used, but we have not decided yet how this will be done in practise.
