ALFOSC support for FIES users

One of the problems of having override observations possible at any time is that there is a possibility that the requested observations are not using the instrument that the observers are using themselves. For the case of using StanCam while people are observing with, e.g., NOTCam specific instruction have already been available for a long time, while the observations to be executed are also rather straightforward.

However, for FIES observers any override request will likely be for observations with ALFOSC, and observing with ALFOSC can be significantly more complex then with StanCam (e.g., doing spectroscopy), while starting-up the ALFOSC observing system is also not trivial. We specifically considered 3 things: The need to start-up both the ALFOSC and FIES software, describe how any observations are done, and what to do during the introduction

Given the need to show the ALFOSC observing system during the introduction we have added specific instructions to the observing guide (which are also be used as a guide line during the introduction) and we specifically extended the introduction for FIES observers to start half an hour earlier (this does not apply to observers in Spanish time as they do not over any such override observing programs). The detailed instructions include pictures of the observing system to serve as a graphical reminder because people might after a few nights not remember things in any detail as they are not using ALFOSC for their regular observations.

The long-term objective is to provide scripts that automate the observations as much as possible (in principle fully automatic for imaging observations).
