As before, most comments written in the reports during period 37 were very positive, especially about the support from the staff. There were also several very positive comments about the scripting facilities we have been developing, but also various requests for some more and better scripts. This is really a work in progress where some parts are developed further than other, which is mostly governed by specific requests and the needs of the persons making the scripts.
Several FIES observers commented about the start-up procedure of the observing system to be cumbersome and confusing. The whole procedure and the set-up of the system has been made more streamlined and simple.
In a few cases some inconsistencies or small mistakes were noted in some of the documentation, all of which have been corrected. There were also a few comments about the lack of a sofa to rest during long exposures and the need for better chairs in the control room. A sofa has been purchased and a couple of high-quality chairs ordered.
