Spectroscopy

Tests were made with a new FeAr lamp which has shown that for ALFOSC it is does not provide a good alternative for the ThAr lamp. Specifically, the FeAr lamp shows undesired broad bands of emission, while the sharp lines are not brighter than that of the ThAr lamp.

The efficiency and fringing properties for all grism are now measured with the current CCD, and the information on the web pages were updated.

The vertical 0.5-arcsec slit that was scratched has been replaced with a new one.
