New detector controller

Our user requirements for the new detector controller (and related data acquisition system) for NOTCam were sent to the development team at Copenhagen University. Before specific development of software for the control of the NOTCam detector controller can start a version of the controller for IR detectors needs to be developed. This development can only begin when the implementation of the PCI express card in the design of the controller has been completed.
