P70-108: Developing our understanding of extreme coronal line emitters

PI: P. Clark

This is a ToO/SoftToO program using ALFOSC and NOTCam spectroscopy.

For NOTCam spectroscopy, see How to run NOTCam spectroscopy OBs manually.

Instrument setup:

  • NOTCam: WF-camera, Grism #1, 0.6'' slit, filter J (#201)
  • ALFOSC: Gr#4, Slit_1"

Daytime calibrations:

  • alfosc-calibs AL****
  • notcam-calibs NC****
The OB generator will be used to request all observations.

For the observer:

Go to the directory
  cd ~/scripts/70-109
List the available scripts
  ls -lrt
and execute the OB generated script for the appropriate date as requested.

See observer's Guide to NOTCam Spectroscopy OBs

Remember to fill in the tracking report ToO or SoftToO
