Analysing the QC images
Since November 2010 the new analysing scripts are available, and can be
run from the sequencer window as follows:
- To reduce the data for the ramp-sampling mode type:
lintest-analyse rs filename.fits where the filename is the name
of the first file in the image sequence. Check your obslog, it is the
first mdark 0 5 image (of the 6 files) just before the "lin-rs 42s 1"
image.
- To reduce the data for the reset-read-read mode type:
lintest-analyse rrr filename.fits where the filename is the name
of the first file in the sequence. This one is the first of the six files
with object name "Lintest drk 0s".
At some point the analysis script will be appended to the observing scripts
and you don't have to worry about this.
