TCS

It was discovered that the field rotation as a function of position was not calculated correctly, as it did not take the pointing model into account. As far as could be determine this has been the case as long as the telescope has been in use. In principle this causes relatively small differences between the calculated and true rotation rates of the observed fields, but close to zenith where the rotation rate is large this effect can become significant. The TCS code has been corrected.
