New database servers

To accommodate for the increasing amount of data that are being stored in databases, two new database servers have been purchased and are gradually being put in operation. With the new system we are now capable of keeping a log of every TCS parameter with a time resolution of twice per second, which can be a very valuable tool for fault tracing.
