Computer cabinet

The current cabinet in the service building which contains the main rack of our computer and network system on the mountain is rather small. This makes access to the computers if there are problems very difficult and also does not allow us to have some devices (such as data recording devices) in there which would be better placed in this atmosphere controlled environment to protect them from the sometimes harsh circumstances at the mountain top. The current clean room is directly next to the computer cabinet and as we plan to have clean room facilities at the telescope (see above) using this room provides an easy and convenient solution.
