Guide to the ALFOSC Sequencer

The ALFOSC Sequencer is a Linux-shell based scripting extension to the ALFOSC instrument and detector control programs. It provides a number of commands to control ALFOSC, FASU, FAPOL and the BIAS CCD control program. Additionally, the most-used TCS telescope commands can be issued from the Sequencer.
